Pizzaioli (that's pizza-maker to you) Anthony Falco will teach you all the tricks of the trade, and you can learn how to recreate your favorite slices in your own kitchen. You'll learn how to make the dough from scratch with local and seasonal ingredients, and maybe you'll get good enough to learn how to toss it like a pro. Finally, chow down on the product of your efforts: your own handmade pie.
